Since joining The Glover Park Group, Christina Reynolds has worked on a variety of strategic communications campaigns, ranging from policy fights, business debates, internal and stakeholder communications plans, film launches and reputation campaigns. Christina has helped clients with crisis communications, message and media training, rapid response and press outreach. She also works with the Education Practice, the Communications, Media and Technology Practice and the Entertainment Practice within the firm.
Prior to her work at GPG, Christina was the White House Director of Media Affairs, where she managed regional and constituency press and helped with message amplification and coordination of cabinet communications for the Obama Administration. Before that, she served as Director of Rapid Response for the Obama Campaign, managing a team of press, policy, web and research staffers in the campaign war room. Christina spent a decade in political campaigns, including as the Research Director for the John Edwards for President campaigns, the Research and Policy Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2006 when Democrats took back the House, and in research and communications positions for statewide and national campaigns.
Christina graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism and Mass Communications, PR sequence, with a double major in Political Science. She serves on the board of the Elizabeth Edwards Foundation.
