  • Lead implementation of analytics on website projects by utilizing and integrating Google Analytics, in-house resources, and back end reporting mechanisms
  • Help develop target universes based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant characteristics for multi-channel paid advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and report on website performance with KPIs like site traffic, event tracking, and goal conversions
  • Join website performance data with advertising data via UTM codes and other identifiers
  • Develop and monitor digital advertising campaign KPIs and work with vendors and internal teams to optimize
  • Serve as an internal consultant for ad-hoc data and coding requests from client teams


  • Interpret tracking survey data, brand lift results, and analytic models to inform client’s KPIs, creative optimizations, and media buying
  • Manage internal and external resources for campaign targeting and measurement
  • Build data visualizations to convey insights that drive decisions and optimizations
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to account teams and clients as required


  • 1-3 years of related experience required
  • Experience interpreting survey data, data science models, and/or experiment results to create custom audiences and measure KPIs
  • Proficiency with Tableau and at least one of the following required: SQL, R, Python
  • Experience with web analytics and advertising data preferred
  • Proficiency with Datorama and Data Management Platforms preferred
