We are looking for a motivated and sharp accounting professional to join the firm’s Corporate Operations Division.  This position is based in our Washington, D.C. headquarters.


  • Verify vendor accounts, respond to inquiries, and reconcile payments
  • Track and manage Accounts Payable Ledger
  • File journal entries and monthly accounting binders
  • Review and verify check requests from departments
  • Provide Time and Expense system training to new hires
  • Review and process monthly employee expense reports
  • Process and track GPG subcontractors through PO system
  • Assist with monthly end closing

Administrative support

  • Receive and process daily mail
  • Maintain the Accounting filing system  
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting team


  • A BA/BS degree in related field
  • Knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A demonstrated capacity for teamwork
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills including planning, prioritization and follow up
  • Ability to work with direction, manage own time and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate discretion and tact in working with confidential information
